Returns Policy

No returns will be accepted due to color not being perfectly matched. Colors on the website may vary due to lighting on photos. If the product is faulty, we will issue a store credit once the item has been returned to us on the client’s cost. No returns are accepted other that for faulty products. No cash refunds on card and EFT payments.


Damages must be reported via email to within 24 hours of the date that the items were delivered. NO EXCEPTIONS will be made in this regard.


Please include in the email: your order number, product codes and quantities.


Photos of the damaged courier box and damaged items must be sent to our WhatsApp number on 082 712 4845 within the 24 hour window.  Preferable while the courier driver is present.


We will NOT take responsibility for any breakages or delivery issues that occurs if you arrange your own courier.


Please note that orders cancelled due to not wanting to Pickup in Store / Send own Courier to Collect, or just cancelling an order after paying, will incur a 10% refund fee being deducted from the amount received to cover transaction fees.


When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kg or volumetric weight of the box.
